WHICH IS BEST FOR DOING ME? BITS OR IIT KHARAGPUR , ROORKEE PLEASE ANSWER?

BITS hyd is relatively new compared to IIT's you mentioned.IIT Kharagpur is the best choice.Roorkee is also good ,but kharagpur is always better.
