Need a good temperature reader for my computer?

do u know any program or programs that will read my vid card temp, processor temp, and so on? need to diagnose whats getting hot in my computer. getting a burning smell. took it apart, dusted, reapplied thermal paste and wont turn it back on until i get a temp reading program. dnt want any damage.
