Can you return a PS3 to EB Games? (Also Read Description)?

The very first thing you should have done was either take it back or send it in to Sony the first time it got the YLOD. As for EB Games taking it back, you would have to ask them about their policy on returning used consoles under their warranty (if it is under their warranty). As for the Slim having less a chance of overheating, it's true, but not because it doesn't require as much power. The Slim uses just as much power as the Fat, but they have improved the thermals on it to make it less prone to overheating. Also, as the Slim is the one currently in production, I would say yes to getting one.
