What Kind of Camera should I get?

i am looking that can be use for the night. basically like if i turn off all the lights and its total darkness, i want to be able to still see through my camera and my camera be able to record while being in the dark and being able to pick on the image of a person or object. Also if it can do thermal that would be an awesome bonus! But a Camera with night vision hd is what I am looking for. What camera do you guys recommend me to get that gives all those effects ?
