Those of you who believe in a god, what do you think about this quote?

Stating that when one is able but not willing makes one malevolent it not true. Think back to being a child. Your parents are aware certain things you do can and will cause you pain, but do not stop you from doing them. For example, when you first start riding a bike, they know you will fall. But you have to fall to learn to keep your balance. This is not malevolent, it is life. In those times, anything that was not how a person wished it to be must be the work of evil, no matter how silly it was.
