Grandpa is dying, im lonely..?

My grandpa was diagnosed with lung cancer 10 months ago, and now he is dying in the hospital, this past week my mom hasnt come to visit me and my brother on her break, she is upset and i dont blame her, but now i have to go to the store by myself just to feed my brother, my grandma and me, im stressed out... and my friends are gone so i dont really have anymore friends, my grandpa is my only friend... i will miss him but i will also miss my family knowing i excist... is there anything i can do to get my mind off of things? plz help im only 14 so go easy on me :) thankyou so much and ill be waitng patiently for you'r answer, thankyou once again :)
